Assistant Marketing Manager
As the Assistant Marketing Manager, will lead and manage a dynamic marketing team, driving marketing efforts elevate Lamarsa Coffee Machine Company’s presence as a distributor of top coffee equipment brands. Reporting directly to the Director, this role focuses on strategic planning, team leadership, and the seamless execution of marketing initiatives to meet business objectives. Previous experience in retail premium products or the luxury sector, along with expertise in brand collaboration, will be advantageous to thrive in this role. Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support marketing team, ensuring that projects are completed on time and team members are encouraged to develop their skills.

Brand Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase market share.

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with our brand’s vision and goals.

Brand Collaborations: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with brands that align with Lamarsa Coffee Machine Company’s values, managing these collaborations from initiation to execution.

Content Creation & Management: Oversee content strategy and manage the creation of engaging, high-quality content across all channels, including social media, website, and email.

Market Research: Conduct market analysis to stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities, using insights to refine our marketing strategies.

Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.

Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign performance metrics and report on key outcomes to the executive team, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
​Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience (5+ years) in a marketing role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.

Experience in retail for premium or high-end products is highly desirable.

Strong background in brand management and brand partnerships.

Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and social media management.

Passion for the coffee industry is a plus!
