COMPACT PACKAGE, BUILT TO LAST
Function defines form - Every aspect of Lagom P100 is designed in pursuit of peak performance. The first-in-industry unique offset design allows us to shrink down the large 98mm flat burrs package into a compact footprint that can easily fit in any home coffee bar. This design allows for various advantages not present on most grinders. The P100 is a low (practically zero) retention grinder designed to last and easy to maintain. Burr chamber and motor are ‘modular’ and can be separated easily for repair to ensure minimal downtime (in a cafe setting). Powerful motor coupled with smart auto-torque setting allows consistent RPM for highest grind uniformity. All components are selected to provide years of reliable service.
 
PRECISION-FOCUSED
Alignment and precision of a grinder are critical to the grind performance especially with larger burr sets. All critical parts on the Lagom P100 is specified and machined to a tolerance of <0.01mm (or 10 micron), which is almost 10 times smaller than the thickness of a human hair! Each of the critical parts are manually checked to ensure perfection. The alignment of the Lagom P100 is designed to be permanent and there is no need to realign the grinder even after a complete disassembly.
 
 
ERGONOMICALLY ENHANCED- INTELLIGENT FEATURES FOR A SEAMLESS WORKFLOW
A custom RPM profiling with intelligent sensing is incorporated to help simplify your workflow. The grinder can automatically shut-off at the end of grinding (eliminating one extra step) and the auto-purge feature automatically ramp up the RPM to evacuate all the residual grind to minimise retention even at low RPM application - no need for hand puffing or manually manipulating the speed knob.
Want to turn it on/off manually like a grinder, or to use it for bulk grinding? You can, too! Two switches are implemented on every Lagom P100: an auto on/off switch (with purge) and an always-on switch (manual on/off).
 
 
EASY-CLEAN DESIGN- TOOL-LESS ACCESS TO THE BURRS AND GRIND CHAMBER
A clean grinder is critical for delivering the best results and for avoiding potential contamination of stale coffee. As is tradition of Lagom’s design, our Easy-Clean lock ring design allows you to disassemble and get access to the grind chamber on P100 without any tool (tool-less disassembly).  Deep cleaning can be done as quick as under two minutes!  The alignment of the Lagom P100 is permanent and you can be confident in cleaning the grinder without worrying about losing your grind setting or having to redial in.
