Manuale
The Mignon Manuale is the most straightforward and affordable grinder in the Mignon line.
It has a 50 mm burrs and is made of hardened steel, with a 1350 RPM. It weighs 5.6 kg, features a simple on and off button, and it grinds 0.9 to 1.5 grams for espresso. Despite being a basic Mignon grinder, the Manuale still features the ACE system which prevents the formation of clumps and ensures dose consistency.

Silenzio
The Mignon Silenzio grinder is a compact and quiet home grinder.
With a 50 mm flat hardened steel burrs, bottom-burr adjust, and timed dosing, the Silenzio packs a big punch. As its name suggests, the Silenzio features a sound-insulated Case that makes for muted sound and low resonance. Although it can grind for brew, we feel that Silenzio fits better for the espresso category.

It features a sizeable 55 mm hardened steel burrs, a touch screen timed dosing function, high speed maintenance, noise insulation and plenty of colour options to choose from. The Grind Productivity gives out up to 1.8 grams per second for espresso, making it one of the faster grinder from the Mignon range.
