The Eureka Mignon Single Dose features the Silent Technology that produces less than 60 dB of noise, ensuring your morning ritual does not disrupt your loved ones' precious sleep.
How to use :
Weigh the desired amount of coffee
Check that the bean hopper tab is closed and then insert the coffee into the bean hopper
Make sure to set the appropriate grind size by adjusting the knob at the top
Once you have started the grinding with the side button, open the tab at the hopper
As soon as the last coffee bean has dropped into the grinding chamber, close the tab again
Once the coffee no longer comes out of the outlet chute, keep the tab closed and push the Blow Up System applied on the bean hopper, for the time necessary to clean the grinding chamber
Turn off the grinder
Eureka suggests not grinding any more than 160 grams at one time to avoid overheating
You should wait at least 10 minutes or longer before you may continue grinding

How to clean :
Turn the grinder off and unplug from the power
Remove the hopper
Remove the Eureka logo to reveal the screw
Undo the screw at the back holding the plate down
To access the burr chamber, remove the 2 screws
You may now clean your grinder
It is recommended to use a small vacuum to avoid any spills in the grinder
If vacuum is unavailable, make sure to use brush and dry cloth as any dampness can cause retention
Put it all back in reverse once you are done with cleaning

P/S : Like all Eureka grinders, you do not have to recalibrate the grind setting as you will only clean the top burr that is not fixed.
