We're here to help. Sometimes things go terribly wrong, even with the best intentions.

Repair and Fixing
For liability reasons, we do not provide troubleshooting or repair guidance over the phone or via email unless the machine is covered under a warranty we support.
Accurately diagnosing equipment issues requires physical inspection. For this reason, repair estimates cannot be provided until the machine has been inspected at our workshop or on-site and thoroughly assessed by our technicians.
