Shipping & Delivery

Our shipping partners are NinjaVan, GDex, DHL eCommerce, SF Express, DHL Express, FedEx.

We ship across Malaysia and throughout Southeast Asia. For orders outside Malaysia, please email us at contact@lamarsacoffee.com for a shipping quote.

Orders placed before 12PM on working days (Monday–Friday) will be processed the same day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

For in-store pickup, you can collect your order at our retail store from Monday–Friday, 9:30AM–6:00PM. Please wait for a ‘pickup ready’ email before coming (orders are usually ready the same day).

Orders received before 12PM are shipped the same day; orders received after 12PM or on non-working days are shipped the next working day. For deliveries within Malaysia, you can expect your order in 2–3 business days. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Please note: Orders placed during sales periods may take slightly longer. We are working closely with our courier partners to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.
