Servicing and Maintenance
If your espresso machine or coffee grinder requires servicing or maintenance, our technical team is here to assist.
Once we receive your equipment, it undergoes a comprehensive service using manufacturer-supplied OEM parts. After the work is completed, the machine is fully tested to ensure it is operating properly before it is returned to you.
Servicing includes general maintenance as well as a full inspection that may uncover underlying issues before they develop into more costly repairs. During this process, our technicians will also assess, diagnose, and recommend any additional repairs that fall outside the standard servicing checklist.
Repair and Fixing
For liability reasons, we do not provide troubleshooting or repair guidance over the phone or via email unless the machine is covered under a warranty we support.
Accurately diagnosing equipment issues requires physical inspection. For this reason, repair estimates cannot be provided until the machine has been inspected at our workshop or on-site and thoroughly assessed by our technicians.
