What is the Rocket R58 TUNE?
The Rocket R58 TUNE is a dual-boiler espresso machine and the latest evolution of Rocket’s R58 platform. It introduces TUNE Technology, allowing users to control pre-infusion and the final stage of extraction at a fixed 3-bar pressure to shape how each coffee is extracted.
It also features independent PID temperature control, fast heat-up, a removable touchscreen Communication Pod and new push-turn steam and hot water controls for a more intuitive everyday workflow.
