We had the opportunity to be part of the International Café & Beverage Show (ICBS) once again this year! Just like the previous year, the event was held at KLCC Convention Centre across three days.
For Lamarsa, ICBS has always been a good platform to connect with café owners, operators, suppliers, roasters, business owners, and visitors who are exploring new ideas for their businesses or coffee setups. It gives us the chance to speak to people in person, understand what they are looking for, and share more about the brands and equipment we work with.
This year, we were proud to showcase a selection of brands carried by Lamarsa, including La Marzocco, Rocket Espresso, Mahlkönig, Lelit, Anfim, Ditting, HeyCafé, and more. From espresso machines to grinders and brewing equipment, our booth was set up to give visitors a closer look at different coffee solutions.
Throughout the event, we also hosted two bar takeover sessions. Kimi from Mika Coffee joined us with the Lelit Bianca V3, demonstrating how the flow control paddle works during extraction and how it can help users adjust their espresso based on different coffees and recipes.
Josh from HisBrew Roastery also joined us to demonstrate Mahlkönig’s Grind-by-Sync technology using the Mahlkönig E80S GbW Espresso Grinder. Visitors got to see how the grinder connects with a compatible La Marzocco espresso machine, and how the technology can support workflow and efficiency for busy coffee bars.
Another highlight this year was the debut of Rocket Espresso’s latest machine, the R58 TUNE. As Rocket’s updated dual-boiler home espresso machine, it drew attention from visitors looking for a more serious home setup with more control built into the brewing experience.
Beyond the machines and demonstrations, ICBS was also a chance for us to reconnect with familiar faces and meet new ones. Thank you to everyone who dropped by our booth throughout the three days.
