The Acaia Horizon is a post-extraction pressure modulation device designed to influence how coffee develops in the minutes after brewing. It creates a controlled low-pressure environment inside the cup, reducing gases such as oxygen and carbon dioxide while preserving aromatic compounds.

Designed to work after extraction without changing the original brew recipe, the Horizon introduces pressure as an additional variable for exploring the final sensory experience of a coffee. It features Bluetooth connectivity, USB-C charging and compatibility with cups with an inner rim diameter of approximately 45–80mm.
