What is the Macap Supra 68?

The Macap Supra 68 is a high-performance commercial coffee grinder designed for busy café service. It features 68mm flat burrs, a 550W motor and grinding productivity of approximately 3.8 to 4.5g per second, together with a 3.5-inch touchscreen interface.

It also features Macap’s Coffee Targeting System (CTS) for more accurate dosing into the portafilter and Fast Opening System (FOS) for easier access to the burr chamber during adjustment and cleaning.
