Macap Supra 68 G
The Macap Supra 68 G is a commercial grind-by-weight coffee grinder with 68mm flat burrs, a 550W motor and grinding productivity of approximately 3.8 to 4.5g per second. Instant Tare Technology automatically weighs the portafilter, while Smart Dose Recognition selects the appropriate programmed dose.

Instant Tare Technology is built for busy service rather than slow laboratory-style weighing. The portafilter is weighed and tared in around 0.1 seconds, so grinding can begin almost immediately without waiting for an external scale to settle.
Smart Dose Recognition reduces the number of decisions a barista needs to make during service. The grinder can recognise up to five different portafilters and automatically call up the correct single, double or custom recipe as soon as the portafilter is inserted.
The G Series keeps the practical features of the standard Supra platform too. Coffee Targeting helps centre the dose, while Fast Opening gives quick tool-free access to the burr chamber for cleaning and maintenance, helping the grinder stay easy to manage even in a demanding café.
