The Mahlkönig E65W Grind-by-Sync sets a new benchmark in espresso grinding, built on the same proven Grind-by-Weight platform—now further refined with the added convenience of Sync technology.

The grinder pairs seamlessly with La Marzocco machines, specifically the Linea Classic ,  Linea PB ABR, GB5 ABR, or KB90 ABR, selected models of Sanremo and Victoria Arduino to synchronize via the Mahlkönig Sync app and the La Marzocco mobile app. This connectivity allows wireless communication, enabling the grinder to adjust the grind size automatically by monitoring real-time shot quality. This means that the shots are consistent and can be reproduced across different locations by any barista.

Equipped with cloud-enabled connectivity*, the E65W GbS offers an electrical adjustment of the burr distance. This adjustment can still be precisely controlled manually by the barista or, when synchronized with a commercial espresso machine, it automatically aligns with the target extraction time. The E65W GbS incorporates an intelligent algorithm, enhancing its ability to manage burr distance with precision, ensuring the perfect extraction every time.

Note : To fully utilise the Grind-by-Sync capabilities, a Sync Scale or a GBS-compatible espresso machine is required. When used without Sync-enabled devices, the E65WS performs just like a traditional Grind-by-Weight grinder, with the Sync function simply inactive.
