Rather than a paddle shift group head, you can control the EP using two volumetric buttons (Per group head) to set two settings per button. The Steam EP also packs a more competitive price tag than the Steam X and is one the most cost effective multi boiler machines on the market. The Steam EP has all of the useful features Slayer are known for like PID temperature control, Independent brew tanks and a fierce design that would sit well in any cafe.
